Inergroup is hiring immediately for Front Desk Clerk•Facility Access Monitor jobs in McDonough, GA. As a Front Desk Clerk•Facility Access Monitor, you will monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules, verify identification of employees and visitors, and complete other safety and asset protection activities within a facility environment. Weekly pay starting at $18/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous asset protection, loss prevention, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment. Must be able to stand for the entire shift and patrol throughout the facility. Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain calm and professional in physically demanding or stressful situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to protect property and maintain order on the premises. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the proper closure of doors, windows, and gates. Answer facility alarms and investigate disturbances. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Operate screening and detecting devices to check individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Inspect and adjust access systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
