- Welcome visitors, prospective homebuyers, and service providers with a courteous and attentive approach while directing them appropriately.
- Manage front desk activity by answering and routing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and responding to general inquiries.
- Keep the reception and common office areas neat, presentable, and ready to receive guests at all times.
- Support daily administrative needs by handling data entry, maintaining records, organizing files, and coordinating calendars or appointments.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure timely distribution and accurate tracking.
- Assist with office operations by monitoring supply levels, placing restock requests, and helping the team with general coordination tasks.
- Provide dependable day-to-day support to staff members to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment.
