We are a growing pediatric dental office dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, positive, and fun environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Position Overview The Pediatric Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and families, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is responsible for managing the front office, supporting scheduling and administrative functions, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule to optimize patient flow Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient needs Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information Collect payments, co-pays, and balances Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth transitions between front and back office Manage appointment confirmations and follow-ups Support overall office organization and cleanliness of the front area
Requirements:
