About Us Quality Payroll & Benefits (QPB) is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) supporting employers with payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance services. The Opportunity We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and team. This is more than a traditional receptionist role. You will be embedded in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving service business and will regularly support our Payroll department. For the right person, this role is a launching pad into a longer career with QPB, just as a recent team member has used it as a stepping stone into our Payroll department. What You'll Do Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with a polished, professional presence Answer and route incoming calls; serve as a reliable point of contact for client inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front office and common areas Support the Payroll department with administrative tasks, data entry, and document handling Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply orders Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation Support leadership with light administrative projects as needed Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client and employee information What We're Looking For 1+ years of professional front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience Polished verbal and written communication. Comfortable interacting with business owners and executives Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new software Reliable, punctual, and dependable; this role is the face of our company Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information A team-player mindset and willingness to pitch in beyond the job description Bonus Points For Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prior experience in payroll, HR, benefits administration, accounting, or another professional services environment (law firm, financial services, etc.) Familiarity with payroll, HRIS, or CRM software What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience Full benefits package, including [medical, dental, vision, HSA] Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) Real opportunities for internal growth and advancement A supportive, professional team environment Monday-Friday schedule, standard business hours (no nights or weekends) How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
