Front Desk Coordinator / Dental Receptionist

Overview We are a friendly, fast-paced pediatric dental office dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children and families. We are looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and families and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your organizational talents and positive attitude will make a meaningful impact every day. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Greet patients and families with professionalism and enthusiasm Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information and assist with patient paperwork Check patients in and out efficiently Maintain accurate patient records Collect payments and process transactions Coordinate communication between clinical staff and patients Help maintain a clean, organized reception area Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or dental office experience preferred Experience with dental software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable working with children and families Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday (and occasional Fridays if needed) How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction explaining why you would be a great fit for our pediatric dental team.
