Front Desk Guest Services Agent

Front Desk Guest Services Agent Madison, OH Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Guest Services Agents to join their team in Madison, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

Schedule:

3PM - 11PM shift Sunday through Saturday Weekend availability is a must Part time and Full time available The right candidate will have: 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic Our Front Desk Guest Services Agent will: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs Perform regular bookkeeping duties Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
