Responsibilities Greet and assist guests and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and directing guests efficiently. Perform thorough cleaning duties across various areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Handle janitorial tasks with precision, ensuring all cleaning supplies are used safely and effectively. Maintain high standards of hospitality by managing housekeeping supplies inventory and reporting maintenance needs promptly. Uphold safety protocols during industrial cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping. Previous hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities. Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Experience in industrial cleaning procedures and custodial responsibilities is a plus.
