Front Desk Manager

Slowey Management is currently hiring for a Front Desk Manager position! Available shifts may vary based on operational needs and will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. As a Front Desk Manager, you will lead the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring daily operations run efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting front desk agents during daily operations Creating a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff Assisting with training, coaching, and scheduling front desk employees Resolving guest concerns and escalating issues when necessary Managing reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, and billing inquiries Monitoring credit card transactions for accuracy Recognizing returning guests and IHG Rewards members to enhance guest loyalty Ensuring all brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies are followed Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Staying informed on daily events, arrivals, departures, and VIP guests Supporting hotel management with reporting, audits, and additional operational duties as needed The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality and guest service. Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
