Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Manager at our luxurious resort, where your leadership and customer service expertise will create memorable guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, exceptional guest relations, and efficient management of daily administrative tasks. Your energetic approach and hospitality management skills will set the tone for a welcoming environment that delights guests from arrival to departure. Duties Lead and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and friendliness Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest relations Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles within resort environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual setting Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and guest services management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Join us in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality!
