About us We are a professional and fast paced office of caring therapists looking to add to our team. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office procedures, insurance billing procedures, insurance verifications, and exceptional organizational skills. This is a part time position. Mon-Thursday, 8-4 Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately
• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical staff as needed ## Skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Experience working in a medical or dental clinic setting is required
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff members
