Front Desk Membership Associate

Club Fitness is hiring a friendly, dependable Front Desk Membership Associate to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for members and guests, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, and comfortable talking with people. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, answering questions, selling gym memberships, helping with membership issues, checking members in, answering phone calls, keeping the front desk organized, and helping maintain a clean gym environment. This role also includes light cleaning duties such as wiping down equipment, restocking supplies, cleaning common areas, and helping keep the facility looking its best. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, and comfortable with customer service and sales. Previous gym, retail, sales, or front desk experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Job duties include:

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional way Sell memberships and explain membership options Help members with billing, account, and membership questions Answer phone calls and provide basic gym information Check members in and assist with front desk operations Keep the front desk area clean and organized Help clean equipment, bathrooms, floors, and common areas Restock supplies as needed Follow gym policies and help create a positive member experience Communicate with management about member needs or facility issues

Friendly and professional attitude Dependable and on time Good communication skills Comfortable talking with members and potential new members Basic computer skills Willing to clean and help maintain the gym Ability to work independently Sales or customer service experience is a plus This is a great position for someone who enjoys fitness, likes working with people, and wants to be part of a local gym environment.

Pay:

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
