Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Night Audit, where you will be the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during the overnight hours. In this role, you will ensure smooth hotel operations, provide outstanding guest experiences, and maintain accurate financial records. Duties Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and balanced. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent guest relations. Answer calls with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Address guest requests and resolve issues swiftly to enhance their stay experience. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational accuracy. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting systems. Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle guest relations with professionalism. Experience working in resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in hospitality settings.
