Front Desk Night Audit Associate

Ellicott Development is looking for a qualified overnight front desk agent to add to our hospitality team for our Wingate hotel, The Wingate located on 11 Mill St in the heart of Ellicottville. The right candidate will enjoy providing superior customer service to all our guests and can communicate professionally both in person and on the phone. Welcomes guest and pays particular attention to assigned room type, special requests, rate, all while exhibiting an inviting, friendly, and helpful "Glad You're here" personality, attitude and sets an example for guest service representatives to uphold. Performs any combination of following duties for guests of hotel: Greets, register and assigns rooms to guests. Follow check out procedures with all guests including thanking them for their stay. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms, advance reservations, and up selling techniques to maximize revenue. Promptly follows up on guest complaints and requests with the appropriate person or department. Develops the ability to resolve complaints to the satisfaction of the guests. We are looking for full time candidates to work full time overnight with weekend shifts mandatory. Our hours would be 11pm-7am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
