Niantic KOA Holiday Seasonal Position - 2026 Camping Season Join Our Team! Looking to spend your days in a fun, fast-paced outdoor hospitality environment? The Niantic KOA Holiday is hiring a Front Desk / Office Clerk to be the welcoming face of our campground and help create unforgettable guest experiences. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a high-energy team—this is the role for you. What You'll Do Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude (KOA hospitality style!) Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our booking system Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries Provide local recommendations (beaches, restaurants, activities) Assist with store sales, merchandise, and basic transactions Coordinate with maintenance and grounds staff to ensure smooth operations Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office/store environment What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Basic computer skills (reservation systems experience a plus) Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to stay calm and solution-focused during busy periods Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates Perks & Benefits Work in a fun, outdoor, resort-style campground environment Employee discounts in the camp store & snack bar Opportunity for discounted camping accommodations (if applicable) Be part of a team that values great service and great vibes

Schedule Seasonal:

Spring through Fall 2026 Flexible hours available (part-time hours) Weekend and holiday availability required
