Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle basic inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation
• Support spine rehabilitation activities and equipment setup
• Help keep treatment areas and front desk clean and organized
• Assist the doctor with patient flow and coordination
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed
• Contribute to a respectful, mission-focused environment
