  • Contract Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant team!
This role is the heartbeat of our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations with precision, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate proficiency in office management tools and systems. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software, and electronic medical records Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records Support office management tasks such as assisting with clerical duties Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone Support administrative functions such as responsibilities as required Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably as a receptionist or in a medical/dental office environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills, a plus experience with eclinicalworks EMR Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle diverse inquiries with professionalism Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools is preferred Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management is essential Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Join us to be part of an energetic team that values professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service.
