Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist / Front Desk Associate Part-Time or Full-Time | Saturdays Required We're looking for a friendly, professional, and sales-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience. Sales and customer service experience is preferred. We're especially looking for someone who is enthusiastic about wellness, enjoys helping people feel their best, and brings positive energy to the workplace every day. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations Answer questions about services and products Help convert inquiries into booked appointments or sales Maintain a clean, organized, and uplifting front office environment clean saunas/ cold plunges between clients Support the team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Must be available to work Saturdays Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-minded with confidence recommending services/products Passion for wellness and helping others Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Previous receptionist, front desk, retail, or sales experience preferred What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys working with people, creates a great first impression, and is motivated to help the business grow through excellent customer service and sales support. Pay:
