• Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications Assist with administrative tasks including typing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with clients Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively Experience in customer service or support roles is essential Familiarity with office management practices and clerical duties is beneficial Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist who will contribute positively to our team while ensuring an excellent experience for our clients.
