We don't just fix teeth; we take care of people, and that starts the moment they walk through our door. What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff): Being the "Face of the Practice" —greeting everyone with a genuine smile and a warm hello. Playing "Schedule Tetris" —managing our calendar so everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Coordinating with our awesome clinical team to ensure patients have a seamless experience. Handling the "grown-up stuff" (insurance and payments) with grace and clarity. Keeping the waiting area looking cozy and inviting —we want our patients to feel at home! You're the

Perfect Fit If:

You have a "How can I help?" attitude and a radiant personality. You are organized enough to manage a busy office but flexible enough to handle a surprise phone call from a "tooth fairy emergency." You have excellent communication skills (both on the phone and in person). You love working in a team-oriented environment where high-fives are encouraged. Bonus points if you have dental office experience (Dentrix/Open Dental), but we're happy to train the right personality!

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
