The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents. Maintain an organized front desk area and manage office supplies. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports and correspondence. Support office management functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively. Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are a plus; proficiency in additional languages enhances communication with diverse clients. Background in dental or medical receptionist roles is advantageous but not required.
