We're a detail-driven, patient-focused team that believes in professionalism with warmth. Every visit should feel polished, personal, and efficient — from check-in to check-out. Position Summary We're seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first and final impression for every patient visit. The right candidate is organized, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced med spa environment. You'll manage scheduling, patient communication, payments, and ensure our guests feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly, check them in/out, and maintain a calm, professional environment. Manage calls, texts, and emails through our CRM and scheduling system. Schedule and confirm appointments accurately; follow up with leads within 5 minutes. Process payments and maintain daily financial accuracy. Support providers with patient flow and documentation as needed. Encourage rebooking and share information on current specials or referral programs. Maintain front area cleanliness and ensure all materials are stocked and presentable. Participate in staff huddles and support the team during events or trainings. What You Bring Prior experience in medical spa, dermatology, dental, or salon reception preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational habits and attention to detail. Proficiency in technology and scheduling software (Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, or similar). Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to multitask gracefully.
