Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing spa team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for guests while helping ensure smooth daily spa operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, beauty/wellness, and working in a relaxing spa environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments Assist clients with service information, pricing, and booking inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Help with spa setup and cleanup throughout the day Check clients in and out for appointments Process payments and maintain accurate records Support estheticians and spa staff as needed Ensure guests have a relaxing and positive experience from arrival to departure Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable answering phones and handling appointments Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge preferred Previous receptionist, spa, salon, or customer service experience is a plus Schedule Part-time / Full-time available Weekend availability Benefits Relaxing and positive work environment Employee discounts on spa services and products Opportunity for growth within a growing business
