Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a super-hero in customer service to support the needs of our residents at our Best of Berks Senior Living Facility located outside of Shillington, PA. Responsibilities include responding to internal and external requests for assistance via phone, in-person or email; sorting mail; creating and sending out voice mail messages regarding important facility updates; coordinating transportation outside of the facility to include trips and appointments and assuring that emergencies are handled promptly. Excellent communication skills, confidentiality and ability to handle a fast paced reception desk are required. Proven success with technology is helpful. Position is part time, with flexible schedule. Part Time is typically about 16 hours per week to include every third weekend and a holiday rotation. 3 PM - 8 PM during the week and 8-5:00 PM on the weekends.
