• Part-time About Tennessee National Tennessee National is a fast-growing lakefront community on Watts Bar Lake, set between the Knoxville and Chattanooga corridors.

We offer custom home sites, marina slips, golf, cottage rentals, and a full slate of amenities. Our weekends are when the community comes alive, and our real estate sales office is often a buyer's first impression of everything we have to offer. We are looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our sales office on Saturdays and Sundays. What You'll Do Greet visitors, buyers, and residents as they arrive at the real estate sales office Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the right sales agent Schedule property tours and confirm appointments for the sales team Track walk-ins, log inquiries in our CRM, and pass warm leads to agents in real time Keep the front office tidy, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day Provide light administrative support to the sales team (printing materials, prepping welcome packets, organizing collateral) Answer general questions about the community and direct guests to the marina, golf, or cottage rentals as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, professional demeanor and strong verbal communication Comfortable with computers, email, scheduling tools, and basic CRM data entry Reliable and punctual, with a steady commitment to a Saturday and Sunday schedule Previous experience in reception, hospitality, real estate, or guest services is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Saturdays and Sundays, full days (approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Year-round role with consistent weekend hours Occasional weekday coverage available if interested Compensation & Perks $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience Discounts on cottage rentals, marina services, and on-site amenities A beautiful lakefront work environment Friendly, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do
