The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a physical therapy or medical office , is comfortable with computers and EMR systems , and is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and/or Punjabi to better serve our diverse patient population. This role is essential to ensuring efficient clinic operations and an excellent patient experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally (in person and by phone) Schedule, reschedule, and confirm physical therapy appointments Verify insurance information and assist with basic insurance-related questions Collect copays and manage front-desk check-in/check-out Enter and maintain accurate patient information in EMR systems Coordinate daily schedules with physical therapists Handle incoming calls, messages, referrals, and paperwork Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a physical therapy or medical office (strongly preferred) Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and/or Punjabi (preferred) Strong computer skills , including: Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) Scheduling software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic data entry and document scanning Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, professional, and patient-centered attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations Familiarity with physical therapy clinic workflows Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply What We Offer Supportive and friendly work environment Competitive pay (based on experience) Full-time, stable hours Opportunity to grow within a healthcare setting How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
