Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating office activities, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries professionally. Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages as needed. Manage appointment scheduling using calendar management tools, ensuring optimal patient flow. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including patient records and billing information. Maintain organized filing systems for patient files, office documents, and correspondence. Support office management duties such as inventory control, supply ordering, and bookkeeping using our inhouse software. Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant responsibilities when required. Receive and process client copays and process retail point of sale items. submit and process all records requests Prior experience working in an office environment with clerical responsibilities is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry applications. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette is required. Knowledge of bookkeeping software is preferred for managing financial records. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting are necessary. Previous customer service experience in healthcare or related fields will be advantageous for success in this role.
