Front Desk Receptionist

A Front Desk Receptionist We are looking to add another motivated, hard-working individual to our team! We are a mixed animal veterinary practice in a rural area of west Texas. We are a high volume practice that sees many types of patients from many different surrounding areas. Our atmosphere includes a close knit group of people who treat each other like family. We would like to add a receptionist quickly, but will wait for the right fit. This position includes answering phone calls and navigating a multi-line system, checking patients in and checking patients out, invoicing clients and collecting payments, assisting with regulatory paperwork and clinic management. In addition to everyday receptionist duties, the most attractive applicant will be someone who is proficient in marketing and promotional activities such as social media management, website management, and promotional item creation. Overall, our team is looking for a person that has a sunny personality and can communicate with clients in a positive way. This person needs to thrive in a busy, high-pressure atmosphere and have the skills to navigate multiple responsibilities at once. They need to have exceptional organizational skills and be able to contribute new, innovative ideas to our programs.
