Job Description
Cadence Care Network believes in building a cohesive team of managers and staff. The Front Desk Receptionist/Records Clerk serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional, courteous front office support in a behavioral health setting. This role is responsible for answering and directing calls, processing referrals and intakes, verifying insurance, scheduling assessments, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced medical office environment.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma. Experience in a medical office setting. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word. Proper phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to get along with others and good organizational skills. Good time management skills. Proficient in multitasking. Computer, typing, record keeping, and electronic filing skills. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and the ODJFS required criminal record check.Benefits:
