Front Desk Receptionist (FT) - Total Healthcare Partners Yukon, OK 73099 Full-time Full-time Front Desk Receptionist needed full time for a multi-physician family practice clinic in Yukon, OK Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays. Responsibilities Greet patients with a smile and friendly attitude Answering multiple phone lines Check patients in/out and schedule follow up appointments Obtain accurate demographics Collect co-pays/balances Chart preparation, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned Requirements Medical office experience preferred with knowledge of insurance. Must be comfortable in collecting co-pays, deductibles & balances. Good phone etiquette and customer services skills. EHR experience preferred but not required.
