Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator

We are a dental specialty practice seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a dedicated team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possesses great communication skills. The potential candidate will be professional, personable and committed to providing outstanding patient care.

Pay:

Starting at$18.00 per hour,

DOE Duties & Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist patients with a courteous and friendly demeanor
• Manage multiple phone lines, answer calls and take messages promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance eligibility and develop treatment plans
• Contact insurance companies regarding claims and coverage
• Submit and follow up on pre-authorizations for upcoming treatments
• Handle patient payments and make related financial calls
• Perform various administrative and operational duties as assigned to support daily office efficiency
• Previous insurance verification experience and Patterson dental software is a plus

Language:

• English & Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
