Full-time, Part-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals Schedule reservations over the phone Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Perform night audit Address guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Monitor the property during overnight hours and report any suspicious activity or incidents to management Provide valet parking services
Requirements:
Minimum requirement: Associate degree or higher Valid driver's license required Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred Proficient in operating phone systems, printers, computers, and other office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Reliable and responsible Strong attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated Calm and professional under pressure
Schedule:
Morning shift: 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM Overnight shift: 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM General availability for weekdays and weekend and all three shifts.
