Front Desk Representative

Overview The Front Desk Representative will play a key role in supporting our medical clinic, contributing to a positive patient experience. Seeking candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality care. Prior work experience and/or background in the medical field will be very beneficial. Extensive education and guidance provided on the job, need to be willing to learn. Spanish is required. Responsibilities Check patients out, including taking payments, scheduling follow up appointments, and answering questions Calling patients to provide updates on patient labs Completing patient cases tied to patient requests for refills, referrals, etc. Maintaining patient records Answering phones and triage patient requests and questions

Friday 8AM- 6PM and Saturday 8AM- 1PM This position is at the Core Primary Care/Mora Cares clinic in Needville. About Core Primary Care (CPC): CPC was founded in 2019 with the mission to help frustrated patients defeat their health conditions by providing them with the guidance, support, and tools they need to stay healthy in today's world. Our medical philosophy emphasizes lifestyle changes that focus on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, which address the root causes of disease instead of always reaching for more and more prescription medications. Today, we operate 5 clinics in the greater Houston area, with 50,000 patient visits annually across 20+ providers. We are young and energetic with a startup mindset. We are open about our strengths and our areas for improvement and we constantly seek to improve. This is not your traditional doctor's office.
