The Campus Chester County is a premier sports, recreation, and entertainment destination located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, dedicated to serving families, athletes, schools, and community organizations. Our facility boasts a wide range of year-round programs and services including youth and adult sports leagues, camps, skating programs, aquatics, fitness activities, tournaments, birthday parties, corporate events, and private rentals. At The Campus Chester County, we emphasize delivering high-quality experiences through exceptional customer service, teamwork, and well-maintained facilities. We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team who will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and participants. This position requires a friendly, organized, and energetic individual who can manage front desk operations efficiently while providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for answering inquiries, assisting with registrations, managing bookings, and supporting the facility's daily activities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all visitors, participants, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries promptly and accurately. Assist with registration and check-in processes for sports leagues, camps, classes, and events. Manage scheduling and reservations for facility rentals, birthday parties, and corporate events. Handle payment processing, including cash, credit card transactions, and invoicing. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all customer-facing materials are up to date and available. Coordinate communication between customers and staff to facilitate program and event operation. Help resolve customer complaints or issues quickly and escalate when necessary to management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training preferred. Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably in sports or recreation settings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems, including registration software, MS Office, and email platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle money accurately and responsibly. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required to support facility operations. A passion for sports, recreation, and community engagement is highly desirable.
