This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in organization and customer service. Responsibilities Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and attended to promptly Give gym tours and assist with signing up new members Walk the gym floor regularly to organize and re-rack weights and equipment Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including: Wiping down equipment, cardio machines, and mirrors Keeping the lobby area clean and presentable Maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms and common areas Utilize basic computer skills within GymMaster (training will be provided) Answer basic member questions and assist with front desk operations Help maintain a positive, motivating, and professional gym atmosphere Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Passion for fitness and gym culture is a plus Bilingual abilities are desirable but not required Schedule Part-time position Evening and weekend availability preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes initiative Has a positive attitude Works well around people Pays attention to detail Helps create an exceptional member experience If you are passionate about fitness and want to be part of a growing gym community, we would love to hear from you.
