Front Desk Staff

The Latchis Hotel in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Staff to join our team. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude. The current shifts available are every other Sunday morning from 9-3 and Monday and Wednesday evening shifts from 5PM-10PM with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests Handle reservations and cancellations Answer phone calls and respond to emails Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate records Resolve guest complaints and issues Maintain a clean and organized front desk & lobby area Maintain the coffee bar area

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds Bending, stooping, and reaching
