Front Desk Staff

D-BAT Windsor Mill is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our facility, providing a warm welcome to every customer and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families and athletes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every customer as they enter the facility with a friendly, welcoming attitude — making them feel like part of the D-BAT family. Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide assistance. Sell memberships and be knowledgeable about their benefits. Schedule lessons with instructors and communicate availability clearly. Check in campers and assist with daily camp logistics. Process credit card and merchandise transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and in the Pro Shop. Wipe and dust the desk daily. Sweep floors in the front desk and Pro Shop area. Clean doors and front windows daily. Promote and explain current daily and weekly activities, camps, and clinics to customers. Make outgoing calls to notify customers of schedule changes or upcoming events. Monitor and restock bathrooms during shifts to ensure they are clean and well-supplied. Restock refrigerator and concession stand as needed.

Qualifications & Ideal Qualities:

Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help and connect with people. Not afraid to speak to everyone who walks through the door. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident when discussing membership benefits, camps, and products. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Understand and retain key information including: Membership selling points and benefits Pro Shop product features and uses Instructor specialties and lesson availability Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional environment. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
