We are seeking a professional and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team and ensure a warm, seamless experience for every guest.

Shift Details:

Weekends required Shift flexibility required and availability to work nights and weekends Position will require on-call responsibilities

Primary Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service from check-in to departure. Provide hands-on leadership and training for front desk staff, setting the standard for professionalism and attentiveness. Oversee guest communications, reservations, and daily reports with accuracy and discretion. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure rooms and common areas exceed luxury standards. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our boutique hospitality experience. Handle guest concerns with grace, discretion, and timely resolution. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with housekeeping, wine social, and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Exceptional customer service Hotel experience preferred (but not required)
