Job Description

Full-Time year-round Front Desk Supervisor, must be flexible with days and hours Position duties include: Check-in and check-out guests while providing the highest of customer service. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with the property's credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms, if needed Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient and courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all standard operating procedures and policies Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Confirm reservations & Make Pre Arrival Calls Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Skills Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor Elite customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Degree in hotel management is a plus Job type: Full-time, Year-round position; Must be flexible with days and hours
