Front Desk Support & Childcare Floater

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Support & Childcare Floater, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for families and children. Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

11:30am - 6pm

Hours Saturdays:

8am - 2pm

Hours Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members, guests, and families Support coworking, wellness, and childcare check-ins/check-outs Answer phones, texts, and basic client questions Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces Assist childcare team as a floater when coverage is needed Help create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment Support light administrative and studio tasks throughout shifts

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, professional, and reliable Comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and young children Strong communication and multitasking skills Able to stay calm and organized in a dynamic environment Previous customer service, childcare, hospitality, or wellness experience preferred CPR/First Aid certified preferred (or willing to obtain)
