\$16.75/ hr.Part-time Job Summary:
The Front Desk / Guest Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable stay. This role is responsible for managing reservations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest needs, and upholding Marriott\'s brand standards with a focus on extended-stay comfort and personalized service.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth, efficient check-in and check-out experience
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests using Marriott systems (e.g., FOSSE or MARSHA)
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Promote Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and assist with enrollments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist with audit tasks, reports, and shift balancing as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or business education preferred)
- Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
