Front Desk/Medical Assistant

We are a wellness center dedicated to providing optimal health seeking a Front Desk/Medical Assistant team member to provide a warm, friendly environment for our patients and being a part of our healthcare team. Cheerful and helpful attitude a must to provide the highest level of customer service! You will work closely with the medical providers and performing medical receptionist and medical assistant tasks. Responsible for all aspects of patient scheduling, intake, creation of charts and maintaining patient records, scanning and filing patient docs, ensuring complete and accurate information, managing incoming phone calls, inventory management, patient promotions including managing website and social media, and managing all aspects of the front office.

• Ability to use all office equipment and software.
• Phlebotomist experience a plus.
• Experience with healthcare software and billing/medical codes a plus.
• Medical office experience preferred
• 30 Hours a week - Tuesday through Thursday and includes some early evenings.
