Front Desk/Night Auditor

Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 2 nights per week + must be available to cover call-offs for other front desk staff. We are looking for someone who is: Drama free Honest and legit Hardworking Reliable Drug free Mature and professional

Responsibilities:

Checking guests in and out Answering phone calls Completing night audit Keeping the lobby clean and organized Handling guest requests and complaints professionally

Must have good computer skills Excellent customer service Smart, intelligent, and quick learner Must stay calm under pressure Must know how to handle difficult guest complaints professionally Must be dependable and show up to work on time
