Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for excellence in hospitality management and guest relations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant resort environment while providing top-tier customer service. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to enhance their stay and foster guest satisfaction. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support operational transparency and accountability. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong focus on front desk duties. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest relations. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel accounting practices, and revenue control measures. Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
