Now Hiring — Front of House Manager for Iron Horse Sports Pub We're looking for a strong, energetic Front of House Manager to join the team at Iron Horse Sports Pub in Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to lead a team, handle volume, and create a great guest experience — we want to hear from you. Preferred Experience Bartending experience strongly preferred Restaurant management or shift lead experience Strong customer service & communication skills Ability to lead FOH staff with professionalism and urgency Experience handling cash, drawers, scheduling, and nightly operations Comfortable jumping behind the bar or helping on the floor when needed Responsibilities Oversee daily front of house operations Manage servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction Assist with training and staff development Handle customer concerns professionally Help drive a positive, team-oriented atmosphere What We're Looking For ✔ Strong leadership✔ Reliable & motivated✔ Team-first mentality✔ Weekend & evening availability✔ Ability to multitask under pressure Why Iron Horse?
