We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead guest experience, team development, and daily FOH operations in a fast-paced Haitian-American restaurant environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality leadership, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead all front-of-house operations during service Manage and develop servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, and support staff Ensure exceptional guest service and dining room standards Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Manage reservations, seating flow, and waitlists Create staff schedules and oversee labor efficiency Drive menu knowledge and upselling culture Collaborate with BOH leadership for smooth operations Support private events and community activations Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service standards Qualifications 3+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant Strong leadership and team development skills High-volume restaurant experience preferred Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities Toast POS experience preferred Haitian Creole bilingual ability is a plus Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits $45,000-$56,173.25 based on experience Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within an expanding restaurant brand Staff meals during shifts Employee dining discounts Paid time off after eligibility period Apply Please send your resume and 3 professional references to:
