Front of House Shift Lead Responsibilities:

Leads shifts without any supervision. Conducts employee disciplinary actions as needed and communicates severe employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Directors. Works with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels and provides input on the schedule and placement of Team Members. Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder. Provides input on Team Member evaluations. Delegates and verifies completion of daily and weekly checklists. Works towards improving and maintaining our customer service scores. Facilitates breaks for all Team Members. Understands cash handling procedures. Encourages, coaches, and rewards the team while holding them accountable. Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the front-of-house. All other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Shift Leader:

Previous leadership experience in quick-service or a comparable field Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team Basic computer competency Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
