Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance to ensure a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing after service Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly, maintaining hygiene protocols, and adhering to dietary restrictions or special requests Skills Proven experience in fine dining environments or similar hospitality settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in serving, food handling, and food safety practices within the food industry Knowledge of catering operations and banquet service procedures Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
