  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Support team member to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.
This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front of the establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various hospitality functions. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, guest relations, and hospitality operations while working in a lively and supportive environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional host/hostess service Manage reservations using platforms such as OpenTable or similar systems, ensuring accurate seating arrangements Assist with food and beverage delivery, including taking orders, serving meals, and processing payments via POS systems like Aloha or Micros Support food preparation and meal assembly in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and resetting spaces for new guests Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items, reservations, and event details Support catering and banquet setups by assisting with event preparation and guest coordination Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including roles such as host/hostess or server Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha or Micros; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and dietary accommodations Familiarity with kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking assistance, knife skills, meat cutting, and meal assembly Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, food safety practices, and cleanliness protocols Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
