Front of House Team Member

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member to join our Cookies N Cream team! and become the welcoming face of our Dessert Shop. Duties Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness to create a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately using Clover POS ensuring quick and efficient service Prepare and serve food and beverages including making milkshakes and ice cream treats, preparing and baking cookies, following safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and bussing duties Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and food prep stations, adhering to sanitation protocols Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating culinary experience and teamwork skills Closing and opening the store depending on shift Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Experience working in a café, retail store, grocery store, or food industry setting is a plus Join us as a Front of House Team Member where your energy fuels our success!
