Front of House Team Member

Front of House team members We are seeking reliable and motivated Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our service team. In this role, you will be an important part of daily operations and work with the General Manager and leadership team to support consistency, quality, and smooth service. This position is ideal for someone who takes direction well and works as part of the whole team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Follow direction from the General Manager and leadership team Maintain clean, organized service areas Process payments and handle transactions responsibly Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and leadership to support smooth service Support team flow during high-volume or event-driven shifts

Requirements:

Previous hospitality or serving experience preferred, but not required Open to candidates at all experience levels who bring professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic Ability to take direction and consistently apply new systems and procedures as they are introduced Strong teamwork and communication skills Strong sense of accountability and professionalism Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to expectations Reliable, punctual, and available for evenings and weekends Why Join Us?
